Due to the custom and delicate nature of our pieces, NorthArabia Couture operates a limited returns and exchange policy.

Returns are accepted only for items with confirmed manufacturing defects. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, items damaged due to customer handling, perfume, stains, or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
